Zili 100

Zili CARE is excited to host Zili 100,  a one day event that will take place on Sunday, October 6th at the Wallace in North Vancouver.  Zili 100 will feature Dr. Z and carefully selected experts surrounded by community leaders who believe in the mission of Zili to bring the essence of CARE formula to themselves and to their community.

 Zili 100 will be a day filled with self awareness, self compassion, insights, and a deep experience of what true health and well being means to you, with elements of fun and light and lunch and community.

• The physiology of chronic stress, hormonal shift throughout your lifetime, inflammation and our mindset on family history, illness, and how to live a healthy life with CARE by Dr Zeineddin

• The secret to meditation and mindfulness by Dr Kasim Al Mashat

• Positive Intelligence and our coping mechanisms which sabotages us by  Kataneh Sherkat

• Lunch/movement/networking

• Vision and intention setting tapping into our older self/mentor led by Jennifer Murtagh

• Childhood traumas and triggers, how to create space for the emotion, and question the perception and core beliefs that don’t serve us (compassionate inquiry) by Dr Zeineddin

• Laughter yoga led by Dr Kasim Al Mashat

• Conclusion: What is your commitment to yourself and how are you going to honour you? Dr Zeineddin
